1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through the online store www.aeris-official.de, operated by

Any differing terms of the customer will not apply unless expressly confirmed in writing by AERIS.

2. Contract Partner & Conclusion of Contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with AERIS.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the products contained in your cart.

After submitting the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail.
This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your order.
A binding contract is formed only when the goods are shipped or when a separate shipping confirmation is sent.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and include statutory German VAT.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card or PayPal.

Any shipping costs will be displayed separately during checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are currently available within the European Union (EU) only.
Average delivery time: 5–7 business days after payment is received.

Shipping is handled by common delivery services (e.g., DHL, DPD, or equivalent).
AERIS is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

5. Retention of Title

Good remain the property of AERIS until full payment has been received.

6. Withdrawal & Returns

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under German law (§ 355 BGB).
Details can be found in our Return Policy.
Excluded from return or exchange: limited drops and final sale items.
Exception: if a product arrives damaged, please contact support@aeris-official.de for asstance.

7. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.
AERIS is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless it concerns injury to life, body, or health.

8. Data Protection

Your data is handled with care and in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, texts, and logos on this website are protected by copyright and are the property of AERIS.
Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is their usual place of residence.

11. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

AERIS is not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Amendments to These Terms

AERIS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The version valid at the time of purchase shall apply.

13. Language

These Terms are provided in English for international customers. The legally binding German version can be requested by contacting support@aeris-official.de. In case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.

Return Policy:

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@aeris-official.de so we can review the case and provide a prompt solution.

Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving the item and shipped within 7 days after confirmation. Please contact us before sending anything back to receive return instructions and the correct return address. Unannounced returns cannot be processed.

Items must be returned unwashed and in their original packaging. Products showing signs of heavy use, damage, or contamination may be excluded from return.
Returns are excluded for:

- limited drops and final sale items

- items with removed tags or damaged packaging

- Products showing signs of heavy use, damage, or contamination

Customers are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking, as we cannot accept liability for untracked or lost returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received.
